E12 base – GE Appliance LED 15W
Not only have GE been in business since 1892 they are also the most popular brand here in the U.S. And this is a good looking light bulb from their appliance range.
Firstly, note that it comes with the smaller E12 screw base. So check the fitting on the bulb you are replacing. Also it has a exposed, vintage style, filament and T6 tube shape. Finally the light produced is very low, at only 90 lumens. As much as a 25 watt incandescent bulb.
At $6.50 it is not the cheapest bulb you can buy but it does have a lifetime of 15,000 hours and a 3 year warranty.

E17 Base – GE Appliance LED
Next on our list is another G.E. appliance range light bulb.
I found this bulb heavily discounted at Lowes. With a price of only $1.50 each. Especially good for a bulb with a 15,000 hour lifetime and a 5 year warranty.
To point out that this bulb comes with an intermediate base (E-17) base. In general this base type is used in appliances. Also, in addition to refrigerators this bulb is for use in microwaves , but not inside ovens.

Feit are a family owned and operated company based in Los Angeles, California. According to their website they keep a stock of over 100,000,000 bulbs. So as to reduce order waiting time.
As well as refrigerators this LED bulb works in range hoods and dryers. It produces a low level of soft white light. Analogous to a 25 watt incandescent bulb.
Finally, I have to say that this is the best looking bulb in this best refrigerator light bulbs review. So if the bulb in your refrigerator is exposed then consider this good looking replacement.

E26 – Energetic A15 LED
While Energetic are not the most well known of manufactures a number of their light bulbs have appeared in out best-of lists.
The company was founded in 2001 and has distribution and service centers throughout the United States. Also they have been manufacturing at their factory in China for over 45 years.
These come in a 6-pack. Considering that I only have one refrigerator and they should last 13 years each that is 78 years of refrigerator bulbs. However they have standard medium screw bases (E26) so will pretty much fit in a lot of fixtures around the house. So best to think of them as an all-rounder 40 watt replacement bulb that can also go in the refrigerator. Moreover they cost a little under $2 each.

Firstly this small A15 appliance bulb is dimmable and also works in freezers and range hoods.
Significantly this bulb produces 450 lumens and comes in a daylight option (5000k). Personally I want a nice, bright, clear light in my refrigerator. While many appliance bulbs come in soft, slightly yellow, white. So good to have a daylight option.
