E26 – Britech Ambience Pro S14
The Ambience Pro S14 light bulbs are designed to go in string lighting, with the bulbs being outdoor rated. However, as they have a standard E26 base, you can use them in any fixtures that has a medium sized screw fitting.
So a few key points. Firstly they have a 20,000 hour lifetime backed by a 3 year warranty. Secondly they give out a very low, 100 lumen soft white light. Finally they look good, have excellent online reviews and cost a low $1.75 if bought in a box of 15.

E26 – Feit Vintage Smoke Glass
In general it is GE’s vintage light bulbs that we rave about here at Light Bulb AtoZ. So it is nice to find another option to indulge our vintage obsession.
Feit who make this bulb are a family owned and operated company based in Los Angeles, California. According to their website they keep a stock of over 100,000,000 bulbs. So as to reduce order waiting time.
This beautiful bulb has a smoked glass finish. Also it provides a quite high (for 25watt) 200 lumens of daylight temperature light. Moreover they are priced at $5, are rated for 15,000 hours and have a 2 year warranty. In summary a statement bulb that you will want to display handing directly from the wire.

E26 – Westinghouse R14 Flood
Not all 25 watt replacement bulbs are string lights or statement bulbs. For that reason I present a small reflector bulb from Westinghouse. Good for use in track lighting or recessed fixtures.
Westerhouse are a family run company that have been in business since 1946.
In brief this R14 bulb produces 280 lumens of soft white light. Furthermore it is rated to last 25,000 hours and has a five year warranty. However it is a little pricey for a 25 watt bulb at $5. Though it does have excellent online reviews.

To begin with I am have to admit that I am a big fan of GE’s Relax and Refresh ranges. They provide high quality bulbs at medium prices. In this case $4 a bulb. Which is less than the two other E12 options.

Finally in the E12 section of this list is a candle shaped bulb from Feit. Designed to be used in chandeliers, ceiling fixtures, portables, vanities, sconces, and candelabras. As well as other household lighting fixtures or fans.
While not particularly cheap this bulb does have excellent reviews. Also it has a rated lifetime of 15,000 hours and a 3 year warranty. And are Energy Star certified. In summary a good looking candelabra bulb with a solid lifetime and warranty.
